Yes, it’s summer! Sure, it’s been summer for a while, but today I took full advantage of the summer bounty of fresh vegetables. From the SaMo farmer’s market I got okra, green beans, new potatoes, and orange tomatoes. All this went into dinner, which was:

Will helped out with cooking tonight even though it was my night to cook. He recently had goat cheese for the first time in a gazillion years! He made this goat cheese and paprika spread topped with sun-dried tomatoes and capers (recipe here).
All this washed down with a tart and fizzy txakolina made for a very nice dinner if I do say so myself, which I just did.
