Dinner: mushroom risotto with brocollini
The BF made this lovely risotto tonight. It had a savory mushroom flavor and the morels and chanterelles were perfect. It was topped off with some broccolini, which I can never spell, but tastes great anyway. I topped my risotto with a drop of black truffle oil and even though I couldn’t taste too much of the truffle flavor, it was delicious.
