It’s slightly amusing how in My Life As A King, each adventurer’s day is broken down into what they did every couple of hours and players can read about each day in the daily logs. If I were an adventurer in that game, today would look like this:
- 10:30-11:50am: Played FFCC: My Life As A King.
- 12pm-1:30pm: Drove to Topanga Canyon with BF to pick up BF’s cabinet. Lots of winding* roads.
- 1:30-2:30pm: Went to Vin Loi Tofu and had ridiculously hot and spicy noodle soup. Did I mention it was over 95 degrees outside? So hot, but so good.
- 3:00-5:00pm: Drove to parents’ house and hung out.
- 5:00-5:30pm: Took a nap, or at least tried to. It was so hot, the back of my head was sweating onto my pillow.
- 6:00-6:45pm: Had dinner with parents. Dad told an amusing earthquake story about when he was just a lad in Shanghai.
- 9:00-9:30pm: Went to Scoops for some ice-cream. My flavors were: Banana & Irish cream and Lemon & Hefeweizen.
- 10:30-11:45pm: Played some more FFCC: My Life As a King.
- 12:00am-present: Staring at the computer, wondering if I should go to bed or watch this week’s BSG.
* I just realized that maybe we write ‘winding’ when we mean ‘really curvy’ because if we wrote ‘windy’ it would get confused with ‘windy’ as in ‘lots of wind.’
