Dinner: Niengao Soup

Thursday night, I came home from work starving and lazy. We didn’t have any food in the house other than leftovers, so I made a niengao soup with the leftover niengao I made the other night.
The leftover niengao was put into a pot with water, seaweed, a poached egg, some leftover mock duck my mom made a few days ago, and gochujang for flavor. It came out so well, I think I might make it for a proper dinner next time.
