Rolfing
I went to a rolfer yesterday morning in hopes of getting my knee issue worked out. I had never heard of rolfing until one day, I was complaining about how my knee hurt when I biked to a biking friend and he said he had the same problem, but was fixed by a rolfer. Rolfing is kind of a cross between massage and torture. Well, maybe not that extreme, but it was definitely uncomfortable and painful at times.
At first, rolfing felt really strange because I could feel my thigh buzzing or something. Then it got really intense and there were times where my leg was shaking and twitching because it was so painful. But man, it was worth it.
After the session, I stood up and felt great. I felt like I was taller and that my legs were more bend-y. I have to rest my legs for two days or so, but after that, the rolfer said I should try getting back on my bike and see if the knee pain comes back or not. *crosses fingers*
