Noodles, Tofu, and Shishito

Ingredients for dinner tonight. Can you guess what I’m making?

hiyakko tofu
Cold tofu topped with grated bonito, green onion, ume (sour apricot? plum?), topped with ponzu sauce.
shishito peppers
Shishito peppers. These are a bit more spicy than a bell pepper, but not as spicy as a chili pepper. This was my first time making them and it turns out I didn’t actually know how to use our broiler. I just broiled these, sprinkled some kosher salt on them, and dipped them in ponzu sauce.
ramen
Ramen made with fresh noodles (from the store), braised shiitake mushroom, carrots, mitzuna that I can’t remember the name of, and a miso and soysauce broth.
