Korean dinner a few nights ago

japchae
I made Korean bean sprout salad to go with dinner to balance out the hot chi of bibimbap. It tasted good, but it still didn’t taste as good as the restaurants make it. I wonder what their secret is.
bibimbap
Vegan bibimbap for the BF. I topped mine with a nice runny fried egg. That’s the only way to have bibimbap, IMO.

gosh, your sprouts look so tender and good. Korean food rocks! You’re right about the fried egg, it makes all the difference.
