Dinner tonight was inspired by VeganYumYum’s Spicy Lemon Pepper Pasta with Broccoli. I omitted the sun dried tomatoes and used fresh chili pepper instead of dried crushed pepper flakes. I also used capellini because that’s my favorite long pasta and it’s what we had handy.

I topped it off with fresh-grated parmesan cheese and it was pretty delicious for a 30 minute meal. I’m glad I found a block of parmesan cheese that didn’t have that gross-looking webbing all over it.
