I was craving a sandwich at my parents’ house and they just so happen to have all of the ingredients on hand, so I made everybody (except my grampa) sandwiches. The sandwiches were made out of:

• buttered croissant
• mixed greens
• smoked salmon
• wasabi + mayonnaise spread
• some thin slices of a gala apple

It was simple, but satisfying and I think my parents liked it too.
