    Hey there, I had the question about the knee. You’re pain seems to be exactly the same pain I have. Just wondering if you ever saw a doctor, and what the dr recommended. Thanks for your time.

    I did see a doctor, but he was just my GP and he was pretty clueless about my knee. I wanted me to get X-rays for it even though I told him it wasn’t anything about the bone in my knee. What helped was doing iliotibial band stretches after I rode for a short time, before the pain started up. The one that works best for me is doing the standing cross-legged one while leaning my upper body to the same side that the problem knee is on.
