UPS lies
On Monday, I ordered my last pair of jeans ever. Yes, the jean that will end all other jeans. I won’t need to buy another pair of jeans ever now that I’ve got the Skull Lindas.
Ordering was easy once they finally got some of the jeans in stock. Shipping, unfortunately was a nightmare, which is not a fault of the store. Self Edge offers free shipping to anywhere in the US, which is a great deal. I never really had a problem with UPS getting me my package before, but this time it was bad.
The package was said to be delivered on Wednesday, which is what their tracking said in the morning: out for delivery. I waited all day on Wednesday, but no package. I checked the tracking around 5pm and see something that says, “Exception: Your package has been damaged in transit. UPS will contact the sender.”
What is that supposed to mean? How does a box containing clothes get damaged? And how did it get damaged on the truck? Did the driver pee on it? Set it on fire? Drive over it with the truck? Dunk it in water (oh noes! The indigo loss!)? These were questions that went through my mind.
I called Self Edge and asked if UPS notified them, which they hadn’t. The guys at Self Edge knew about as much as I did about what happened to my package. I called UPS and they were unhelpful. They didn’t know how damaged the package is. All they knew is that the driver listed it as damaged.
The next day, after a morning of phone calls, I convinced UPS to try to deliver the package (after they tried to locate it) so that I could at least see how much damage there was. I figured the box was smashed, but that no damage actually happened to my jeans. When the driver showed me the package, the box was in perfect condition! The box was even in better condition than most of the other boxes UPS has delivered to me. The jeans were in perfect condition as well.
So either UPS destroyed the original box and put it in a new box, which I doubt because the original shipping label was still on the box I got, or they LIED about damaging my package. Maybe the driver just forgot to deliver it and marked it as damaged so he won’t get penalized?

UPS always lies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just yesterday I was waiting for two boxes to arrive. One was delivered and the other was not. When I check their website the driver had stated that we where not home. First of all, I have not left my house in a week. Second, if I was not home, how did they deliver the one box. UPS is the worst carried in the world. Don’t bother to complaint. I have and nobody cares care at that company. When you order, if possible request Fedex and don’t give them your business. No wonder they call themselves brown and we all know what brown stands for. MAY UPS ROT IN HELL!!!!!!
