I successfully avoided buying anything unneccessary this week, which was pretty easy. I didn’t really want anything. Well I did buy tea, but I don’t think it counts, since tea counts as food and I needed to replace the oolong I was drinking at work because that one was making me feel all light headed and dizzy. It would be funny if the custodial staff was playing a prank on me and switched my tea leaves with marijuana leaves or something and that’s why drinking the tea makes me feel all funny.

I thought it was be easy to keep from buying stuff, but I realized that FFVI is coming out today. Oh noes. I feel bad not buying my favorite game in the series, but I can take comfort in the fact that in a few months, since it’s a Squeenix game, there’ll probably be a price drop and it won’t become too rare when I finally give myself permission to buy it.

I can’t find my running shoes and my favorite earbuds and now I’m debating whether or not I should buy new ones. I have other earbuds I can use, but they don’t feel as comfy and they don’t sound as good. The same thing goes for the shoes. I have plenty of shoes I can run with, but they just don’t feel as nice. Does buying nice running shoes fall into the “need” category?

shoes are ok as long as they’re not unnecessarily spendy because they’re jdm or something. resisting the game is a huge step in itself. not to rub it in but you’ve convinced me to dl the psx version to play on psp at work all night :P

    which earbuds have gone mia?
